About Rick Walsh Capstone Funding LLC
Rick Walsh began flipping houses 25 years ago as a side hustle. Rick started flipping houses on the side. He quickly realized that real estate investing was his passion. He split his time between Buy / Fix / Sell and slowly building his rental portfolio. Today, Rick maintains about 60 single family rental properties.
When Rick started out, he was likely in the position where you (potential borrower) are now. He was finding the deals, but didn’t have enough capital to fund the deals. Rick started using hard money lenders and private lenders, which helped him to do far more deals than he would have otherwise been able to do.
After many, many years of flipping houses, Rick began lending out his own money to fund other investors’ deals. This has been a natural progression which makes sense for all involved. While Rick is still involved in Buy / Fix / Sell, he is primarily focused on private lending for investors who are now in the position which he was in all those years ago.
Rick is not “just” a money lender. He is eager to guide investors with his knowledge. His philosophy is that Your Success is also his success. He’s there not only to lend you the funds you need, but also to provide any kind of guidance you might need. With his expertise in flipping houses and buying rentals, he is very adept at evaluating deals and offering his advice.
